Tarako
In Japanese, "tarako" is Pollock Roe boiled in salted water. Basically, it's can be served over spaghetti with sauce. The simplest tarako recipe will be shown below.

Tarako (Salted Pollock Roe with/without Chilli)

butter (cut into small cubes)
1 tbsp
Sake (Rice Wine)
1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce
1 serving
Spaghetti (boiled in salted water and drained)
1/4 sheet
Toasted Nori (cut into thin strips)

Discard the skin from the "tarako" and place the roe in a large bowl. Mix in Sake and Soy Sauce until combined. Then, add butter to the bowl and mix well. Add the spaghetti to the bowl and toss well. Transfer the mixture to a plate and top with nori. Serve.
