Wash spring onion but keep the roots. Remove a little bit at the top, then cut into bite-size about 5-6cm length.

Use salt-soluble water or white wine to wash chicken feet. Cut off chicken nails and peel the skin. Marinate for 5 minutes with salt and 1 little pepper powder.

After 5 minutes, put the fresh gingers around the chicken feet and then transfer a steamer.

Steam for 20 minutes. Open the lid and scatter fresh spring onion on top. Continue to steam for 5 minutes.
