Macaroons
Macaroons are a type of cookie that easily mistaken to the macarons-the elegant sandwich cookie which served and loved popularly in different countries, especially the France. While macarons are made from almond flour with egg white and sugar, the macaroons ingredients commonly include egg white, sugar and shredded coconut. These little coconut cookies are so easy and quick to make that could cost you only 30 minutes to finish. Let try to make a batch to get a healthy snack to enjoy as desire.

large egg whites
1/3 cup
white sugar
1/2 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon
almond extract
2 1/2 cúp
sweetened shredded coconut

Preheat the oven to 180oC/ 350oF. Prepare a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Combine egg whites, sugar and the both extract in a bowl and whisk until the mixture is light and foamy.

Fold the shredded coconut into the mixture until well coated.

Scoop about 1 heaping tablespoon of the mixture each time onto the prepared pan, about 15 cookies in total. Bake the cookies for 20 minutes, or until the coconut is lightly toasted.

Remove the pan from the oven and let the cookies cool down completely before serving.
