Instant pot corned beef
Instant pot corned beef is an very easy dish to make. While preparing this dish, you will have time to make another one or desert. You could also serve it with your favorite salad or slaw to have a perfect meal.

corned beef brisket (with spice packet)

garlic cloves (lightly smashed)

water

baby red potatoes
500 g
baby carrot
1 tablespoon
olive oil
1/2 tablespoon
garlic salt

Pour water into the instant pot. Place the corned beef into the water with the fat side down. Sprinkle the spice packet as well as place the garlic on the top of the beef.

Toss the potatoes and carrot with oil and garlic salt then place them around the beef sides.

Lock the lid of the pot and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.

Once the instant pot has finished cooking, let it release the pressure naturally for 10 minutes, then unseal the valve to release the remaining steam.

Remove the lid of the pot carefully. Transfer the potatoes and carrot onto the serving plate. Cover the plate loosely with foil to keep the veggies warm.

Remove the beef to a cutting board and slice it against the grain. Place the beef slices on the top of the veggies and serve immediately with favorite salad or slaw if desired.
