Grilled sausage
Sausage is perhaps one of the most popular foods that consumed widely all over the world. It is commonly combined with other foods to create a meal to serve from kitchens to restaurants. Let try a simple method to cook the sausage, the grilling and serve with your favorite toppings.

Heat the grill to create 2 zones: one of indirect heat and the other with direct high heat. Preheat the gas grill 15 minutes or the charcoal grill 30 minutes prior to cooking.

Once ready, place the sausages onto the indirect heat area that closest to the direct heat as possible. Cover the grill and cook the sausages for 4 – 5 minutes each side, or until the internal temperature of the sausages reach 65oC/ 150oF.

Remove the sausages to the direct heat area and cook for 2 – 3 minutes each side, or until the internal temperature of the sausages reach 71oC/ 160oF.

Once done, remove the sausages to plate to rest and cool down slightly before serving. Serve with toasted buns and favorite toppings or as desired.
