Crab boil
Crab is nutritious seafood. The easiest way to cook crab is by boiling it. For a spicy, fiery, and buttery taste of boiled crab, add red potatoes, corn on the cob as the recipe below. This Cajun crab boil recipe is sure to satisfy anyone in your family.

small red potatoes (cut in half)

snow crab

Pour water into a large pot (with a high lid) that is half full and bring to a boil. Add the Zatarain and Cajun seasoning to the pot, steep for 5 minutes. Put the potatoes, corn, crab, and crawfish in the pot, cover, and boil for about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the crab sit for 30 minutes until cooked.

Transfer the boiled crab with all of the ingredients to a large plate (except for 2 cups of the rest of the water). Stir in the butter with the remaining water in the pot. Cook the butter mixture on high heat until it becomes a creamy sauce. Drizzle the sauce over the Cajun boiled crab and enjoy.
