Cheese tea
Cheese tea is a type of Taiwanese drink that enjoyed popularly in different countries around the world, especially the Asian countries. The drink is topped with cheese foam, a delicious topping made from combining the cheese, whipped cream, milk, sugar and salt. You could make it easily for the whole family in any occasion. Your kids must love it.

syrup/ honey (plus more as desire)

cream cheese
2 tablespoons
milk
1 tablespoon
whipping cream
3 tablespoons

A pinch
of salt

matcha powder (optional)

Place the cream cheese, milk and sugar in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.

Place the whipping cream in another bowl and whisk until medium peaks formed.

Add the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, sprinkle with salt and mix to combine. Place the bowl in the fridge while preparing the tea.

Add the syrup/ honey into the tea and stir well, adjusting the amount if desired. Divide the tea among glasses, add ice cubes, top with the cheese, sprinkle with matcha powder (if used) and serve.
