Ingredient

2 cups

brewed tea

1/4 cup

syrup/ honey (plus more as desire)

2 cups

ice cubes

2 oz

cream cheese

2 tablespoons

milk

1 tablespoon

whipping cream

3 tablespoons

whipping cream

A pinch

of salt

1 teaspoon

matcha powder (optional)

How to do

Place the cream cheese, milk and sugar in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.

Place the whipping cream in another bowl and whisk until medium peaks formed.

Add the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, sprinkle with salt and mix to combine. Place the bowl in the fridge while preparing the tea.

Add the syrup/ honey into the tea and stir well, adjusting the amount if desired. Divide the tea among glasses, add ice cubes, top with the cheese, sprinkle with matcha powder (if used) and serve.
