Caramelized pork tenderloin
With the right marinade ratio, this moist caramelized pork tenderloin really makes a treat for the whole family. Even the picky eaters love the flavors with that touch of sweetness!

packed brown sugar

Use a meat mallet to pound each pork tenderloin piece to a thickness of 1/4 inch. Mix brown sugar, garlic, and steak seasoning in a large bowl. Coat each piece of pork with the brown sugar mixture, patting the mixture to adhere to the meat.

Heat butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat until melted. Stir in the pork for 2 - 3 minutes per side. Once the pork tenderloin is tender, transfer it to a plate. Garnish as desired and serve.
