Breaded chicken
Crispy breaded chicken goes great for Cesar salad or pasta. You can make this dish with some stuffing and gravy for perfect winter comfort food. Browning and finishing in the oven make this recipe as you get the delicious crust and juicy chicken.

chicken breasts (Cut into 1/2" thick pieces)

eggs (beaten)
1 cup
flour
1/2 tsp (each)
salt and pepper
2/3 cup
Panko bread crumbs
2/3 cup
seasoned bread crumbs
1,5 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
onion powder
1/4 tsp
dried basil
2 tbsp
parsley flakes

Preheat the oven to 400oF/204oC. Prepare a greased rimmed baking tray. Put eggs in a bowl and beat. Set aside.

Add flour, salt, and pepper to a shallow dish, and mix. Mix Panko, bread crumbs, and seasonings into another dish.

Coat the chicken with flour and shake off the excess. Then dip the chicken into the egg and coat with the bread crumbs. Spray the cooking spray all over the sides of the chicken. Arrange the breaded chicken on the prepared baking tray.

Bake the breaded chicken for at least 25 minutes until it reaches 165oF/74oC. Remove the chicken from the oven and serve as desired.
