Bisquick sausage balls
Bisquick sausage balls are an easy dish that you can prepare within 30 minutes to serve as snack or party appetizer. These lovely balls are flavorful and can be easily please your family members, friends or even a crowd. You can make the balls ahead of time, freeze them baked or raw and just reheat/ bake before serving.

ground pork sausage
2 cups
Bisquick
4 cups
shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons
freshly chopped parsley
1 tablespoon
paprika
1/2 teaspoon
kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon
ground black pepper
1 tablespoon
extra virgin olive oil

Preheat the oven to 180oC/ 350oF. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Combine pork sausage, Bisquick, cheese, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, paprika, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Then scoop out and roll, about 1 tablespoon each time, the meat mixture into balls and placed onto the prepared baking dish.

Brush the sausage balls with olive oil and bake for about 20 – 25 minutes, until golden brown.

Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining parsley before serving.
