Apple filled pancakes
Apple filled pancake is an easy recipe. It will bring to you the interesting experience related to pancakes. With apple added, your normal pancakes are tastier.

For pancakes
30 g
all-purpose flour
100 ml
milk

egg
1 tbsp of
sugar
1/5 tsp of
salt

butter, unsalted
For apple filling
70 g
apple, peel and cut in small pieces
1/2 tsp of
cinnamon powder
1 tbsp of
brown sugar
1 tsp of
lime juice
1/5 tsp of
salt
1/2 tsp of
butter, unsalted

apple juice

Make the apple filling: Heat a small pot, melt the butter. Fry the apple for some seconds. Add brown sugar, salt and apple juice. Cook the apple over medium heat until boiling and the sugar dissolves. Lower the heat and cook for 1.5 minutes additionally. Add cinnamon powder. Stir them well, turn off the stove. Our apple filling is ready to be used.

Make the batter: In a large bowl, add in all-purpose flour, sugar, salt. Mix them well. Pour the milk in and whisk them together. Then add the egg in, whisk them well. To make the nice pancakes, we should sieve the batter.

Fry the pancakes: Heat a pan, melt the butter, spoon the batter in. Fry for 1.5 minutes, then gently flip it. Fry for 1 minute. Take the pancake out. Fry the next one.

While waiting the next pancakes to be cooked, we may finish the cooked pancakes with the apple filling. Simply spoon the apple filling in the middle of the pancake, fold both sides in. We do the same steps for the next pancakes.

Before serving, you may spoon the rest sauce from the apple filling on the pancakes. Apple filled pancake is one of the simplest filling pancakes but it is so tasty and conquers you in both of the flavor and the cooking process.
